Designer Component - The SpreadJS Designer Component is a separate deployment add-on package that gives developers the ability to embed this same ribbon bar and UI functionality into their own web applications.

Pivot Table - The Pivot Table is a separate deployment add-on package that gives developers the ability to embed full pivot table functionality into their own web applications

Like SpreadJS, the addon pricing is based off the number of Hostnames these will be deployed to.

Support and Maintenance

Your initial purchase includes Maintenance, giving you all new major and minor releases and phone support for one full year.

SpreadJS is Licensed Per Developer and Deployed Hostname

A Developer license is needed for each developer using SpreadJS. In addition, a Deployment license is needed for each separate production hostname SpreadJS is deployed on. You can purchase both the Developer licenses and Deployment licenses separately.

We also offer a SpreadJS Developer License + SpreadJS One (1) Annual Hostname Deployment License Bundle which includes one Developer license and one Annual Deployment license. The Annual Deployment license must be renewed each year Perpetual Deployment licenses are also available.

Non-commercial use is defined as an application(s) that will be used for internal or external use where the end-user will not be charged to access the service(s).

Commercial and/or SaaS use is defined as an application(s) that will be used for external use where the end-user or company(s) will be charged to access the service(s).

SpreadJS Hostname Deployment License

A Hostname Deployment License is required for each server hostname or named mobile/desktop application.

For example, a five (5) Hostname Deployment License pack would license these deployment scenarios:

You can purchase additional deployment licenses in packs as follows:

You must own at least one Developer License to purchase a hostname deployment multi-pack.
Perpetual licenses do not need to be renewed annually. If you plan to use your current version of SpreadJS in an application for more than five years, they're an excellent cost-saving option. Perpetual licenses are only valid for the purchased major version of SpreadJS. Upgrade options are available if you should decide to upgrade to the latest major release version.
You must have an active Hostname Deployment License subscription or perpetual license to continue to deploy any application that uses SpreadJS. If you lapse in your coverage, you must remove SpreadJS from your application.

Annual Renewal Pricing

Annual Deployment licenses must be renewed each year to continue to deploy your application(s) using SpreadJS. You optionally can also renew the Developer license to ensure you will receive the latest major version including the latest features.

Annual vs. Perpetual Pricing

Developer licenses are perpetual. You can continue to use that version every year. If your Maintenance is current, you will also receive the latest major version.

Deployment licenses are Annual and must be renewed each year to continue to deploy SpreadJS in your application(s). You can also optionally purchase a Perpetual Deployment license. Contact sales for pricing.

Optional Source Code Licenses

You must own at least an Unlimited Hostname or equivalent purchase to purchase source code
Source code license includes unminified source code. Editing rights vary by license rights
